Mom's Title: Only 9 Days Left

Last week we ate lunch with the 1st ward Bishop at a place called Butterfinger pancakes. He was a little skeptical about it but by the end of it, he was trying to steal my food. I got a giant pancake stack with bananas, oreos, ice cream, banana compote, and even a cheese pancake. It was super delicious.

We also got together with everyone we came to the MTC with! We played a bunch of games and even did a little throwback of reading all the quotes we'd written down at the MTC. It was so fun to hang with them but it still feels surreal that I'm leaving.

The entirety of Tuesday was spent moving. We only had one van and we'd have to haul everything down from one house, load it up, drive to the other house, unload, and repeat. But our new house is so nice. We're up on a hill which is the reason why we moved-- the senior couple had a hard time walking there. We're having a good time and are especially grateful to be close to a park and grocery stores!!

Look at those closets. I feel like the Power Puff Girls
We met 이화인s and had a good discussion about the Restoration. It turns out she has a hard time believing in God which is pretty fundamental so we're working to help her both feel and recognize the spirit. However, she attended a Christian school so she understands everything logically. She has a lot of potential so we're excited to see how her experience praying was.

We had exchanges this week and both Sister Pari and I served in Songpa with Sister Rundall! We had a great time and the ward mission leader feed us chicken fajitas and tacos. I was so happy. We had a good time 전도ing because all of the appointments fell through. :(

We had a zone language study activity this week and I was asked to teach at it. Apparently they think my stroke order is nice enough that I talked about how to have good handwriting in Korean.

We also met Mia and had a really good lesson with her! The principle of eternal families really seemed to resonate with her and we were able to start discussing the Plan of Salvation. She really seems to be opening to the gospel but she's so busy it's hard for her to internalize what we're teaching besides in the time we meet. We'll see what happens as we continue to teach her.

I can't seem to remember anything else. Missionary work is the best!!

Love you!!!!!!
